Vacancies have arisen for Customer Advisers on the Revenues and Benefits Team, in the Council's Call Centre. Duties will include responding to inbound/outbound telephone enquiries by providing clear, concise and accurate information to assist customers in all aspects of the service delivered, in accordance with procedures.
Applicants should possess excellent customer care skills, be IT competent, and have experience of working in a customer service environment, providing information and advice to customers with regard to Council tax and/or Benefit entitlement.
The service operates Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm. Shift patterns are in operation within these hours.
