An opportunity has arisen within the Cemeteries and Crematorium Office based within Landican Cemetery for a part time Cemeteries and Crematorium Administrator to provide a high quality, professional and emphatic bereavement service to the recently bereaved, providing advice and guidance to relatives. Together with undertaking all administrative duties associated with the authorities 9 cemeteries, the crematorium and associated memorialization.

Essential attributes for the role include: Good interpersonal skills, emphatic listener, sympathetic manner and understanding, to be able to work flexibly in a demanding environment in a positive and productive manner. The ability to demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to the provision of a high quality and emphatic customer orientated service. The ability to input, process and retrieve information from databases, burial and grave registers. An ability to deal with the bereaved with all associated parts of the service. Good numeracy and literary skills including letter writing and able to work accurately whilst following processes and procedures in relation to the post.
