Our Integrated Front Door (IFD) is a multi-agency service acting as the first point of contact for those who have concerns about children. The IFD provides our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) function and access to services ensuring that children receive the right service at the right time.
The IFD also coordinates the partnership response to issues such as children going missing from home or care, and services to support young people at risk of homelessness. This problem-solving team is well-established and ready to welcome additional team members. Social Worker- Integrated Front Door (3 posts) We require 3 Social Workers with excellent understanding and application of thresholds to join the IFD Team.
We are looking for practitioners with excellent communication and customer service skills who can work under pressure, be analytical and confident in ensuring that children get the right service at the right time. We are looking for dynamic, big-hearted, energetic and committed people who go the extra mile and play an important part in helping the families most in need to turn their lives around. Social work qualification BA/MA/BSc/MSc Social Work, CQSW, DipSW, CSS or CCETSW approved equivalent). Have a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience HCPC registered Eligible to work in the UK.
