About the Role: Senior Practice Improvement Manager  In this role, working to the Head of Safeguarding and Quality you will oversee and lead on the work of the Practice Improvement service, taking forward Wirral's Improvement Plan and looking to develop and support practice and practitioners across Children's Services.

 

You will ensure we have a robust and engaging Quality Assurance Programme that identifies areas for learning and development and engages all areas of the workforce in improvement - including promoting engagement and improvement with our key professional partners  You will deliver improvement in individual practitioners through co-ordinating coaching and mentoring throughout the service as well as training and learning at team and service level. You will identify and act upon areas of need based upon quality assurance findings as well as developments in Social Care policy and practice. You will be able to evidence the impact of your work through high level evaluation of its effectiveness upon the lives of the children and families with whom we work
