About the Role: Practice Improvement Manager  In this role, working to the Senior Practice Improvement Manager you will work as part of the Practice Improvement service, taking forward Wirral's Improvement Plan and looking to develop and support practice and practitioners across Children's Services.


You will take a key role in a robust and engaging Quality Assurance Programme that identifies areas for learning and development and engages all areas of the workforce in improvement. You will deliver improvement in individual practitioners through coaching and mentoring throughout the service as well as training and learning at team and service level. You will identify and act upon areas of need based upon quality assurance findings as well as developments in Social Care policy and practice. You will be able to evidence the impact of your work through high level evaluation of its effectiveness upon the lives of the children and families with whom we work.
