The Governors and Head Teacher are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational and committed Catholic teacher to the post of Deputy Head Teacher. The successful candidate will play a significant role in the Leadership Team. The successful candidate will work with the Head Teacher to lead and develop this school on the next stage of its journey.

We are looking for a practising Catholic who:
Has a clear vision and understanding of Catholic education, a commitment to Catholic Education and is able to nurture faith and spirituality
is highly motivated with proven leadership skills and experience of successfully leading aspects of school improvement
has excellent management and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, challenge and inspire staff so that all children achieve their full potential    
is a proven outstanding classroom practitioner and able to set an example of excellent classroom practice, demonstrating a commitment to high expectations of all children’s attainment and behaviour
can calmly and confidently deputise for the Head Teacher
can take a strategic lead role in curriculum development and assessment
be keen to involve themselves in all aspects of the school community
