The Governors, staff and children of Irby Primary School are seeking to appoint a caring, strategic, analytical and inclusive headteacher. The person appointed will continue to inspire our staff and support and encourage our pupils, whatever their starting point, to make excellent progress. We are looking for a person who can demonstrate vision, resilience and emotional intelligence and can evidence the capacity to both challenge and collaborate.
