Willowtree is a short break service for children aged 8 to 18 years with severe learning and physical disabilities. In this role you will lead the team to ensure young people are provided with effective support throughout the night alongside a team of night care assistants . In this role you will help young people to develop effective sleep patterns and support young people who may display difficult behavior. You will ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed throughout the night and these are functional and effective.


We are looking for someone who can establish effective communication with young people. You'll need to be qualified to Diploma  Level 3 in childcare or equivalent . Your experience should include direct work with children and young people and evidence of working with children with complex needs is desirable.


Above all you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our young people to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
