To provide strong management and leadership for
delivery teams within the Early Help & Prevention Service, working
collaboratively to maximise resources both internally and through partnership
approaches. Maintain effective and
efficient management, governance and supervision of staff and practice, driving
high standards and professional accountability. To develop the service using
performance data and the voice of service users. To manage an effective budget
and be responsible for spend within the teams. To work both autonomously and
collectively with colleagues across Early Help & Prevention Services to
ensure: children and young people are safer; the daily-lived experience of
children and young people gets better; outcomes for children and young people improve;
and wherever possible, family breakdown is prevented.
