In this crucial role, you'll support the Wallasey
Locality in adhering to health and safety regulations within its main Hub which
is Seacombe Children's Centre.
Main duties within the role include:
* Key Holding- opening and locking the centre.
* Checking checks within the centre.
* Completing Health and safety checklists and
paperwork.
* Liasing with other colleagues such as
Facilities Management, contractors etc to ensure repair work is completed in
the centre.
* Small elements of repair work when a
contractor is not needed.
You will need experience working in different
sites in addition to will also need experience of completing health and safety
checks as well as completing paperwork etc in relation to this.
You will
need a track record of being flexible to meet the needs of the services and
completing tasks thoroughly and to a high standard.
Above all
you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our
employees/residents/customers to ensure they are at the heart of everything we
do.
