The governors would like to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner with recent and relevant experience in Key Stage One to join our professional, friendly and established staff team. The successful applicant would have a secure knowledge and understanding of creative, imaginative and exciting approaches to teaching and learning to challenge and support children of all abilities.
They would have proven experience in teaching phonics effectively and high expectations of pupils’ attainment and behaviour and an ability to cater for all learning styles. They would be able to prove that they could work effectively as a member of a close team and demonstrate excellent relationships with all stakeholders. They would also be able to lead the whole school in PE and drive our outdoor learning agenda.
