Great Meols Primary School – Part of Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust
The retirement of the present Headteacher offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proven individual to build on the achievements of the past decade. Candidates must be exceptional school leaders, able to quickly establish credibility and win trust with colleagues and other stakeholders; consolidate current success; and identify opportunities for improvement, supporting the professional development of others. An astute blend of professional support and ambition will be vital, because we want the new Headteacher to ensure we continue to evolve and improve. School improvement strategies and quality assurance will be a key responsibility, ensuring the school is comprehensively prepared for our next inspection.
We want to appoint someone with an outstanding personal record of teaching and leadership, able to rise to the challenge of excellence. Visible and accessible to colleagues, parents and carers, you’ll also have the opportunity to take a Trust-wide role, sharing your extensive professional knowledge and insight with an ambitious and motivated group of colleagues. The ability to build successful relationships, articulate a shared vision of high performance, and nurture a cohesive culture of continual improvement will be essential.
