32.50 Working Hours – 39 Weeks per Year

Fixed Term from 01 September 2021 to 21 July 2022                       

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant to become part of our team. 

The position will initially be fixed term for 1 year, however it is likely that the position will be extended and could become permanent.  The hours to be worked will be 8.30am – 3.30pm, Mon-Fri.

 

Applications from both Level 2 and Level 3 teaching assistants will be considered.

We are looking for a qualified, motivated person who has a passion to work at Orrets Meadow, with pupils with a wide range of Special Needs.  It is therefore essential the successful applicant has an excellent understanding of how to effectively support the needs of pupils with SEND, in terms of learning and pastoral care.

 

The successful candidate must be able to work as part of a team, use own initiative and be able to adapt easily to the pupils and environment around them.

Interviews are planned for via Zoom on Monday 19th May 2021.  A show around the school will be part of the interview process for shortlisted candidates on Monday 17th May 2021 @ 4.30pm.
